dancehub.io is a platform that lets users create, organize, and share clips from YouTube videos. Users can save timestamps, add notes and tags, bookmark clips from other users, and access their clips via the dancehub.io Chrome extension.
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Maintain only one account per person
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You retain ownership of the clip metadata you create — including titles, notes, and tags. YouTube video content remains the property of its respective owners. By using dancehub.io, you agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. dancehub.io does not host, store, or redistribute YouTube video content.
6. Public Clips
Clips you mark as public are visible to anyone with the link and may appear in public areas of the site. You are solely responsible for the clip metadata (titles, notes, tags) you share publicly. Do not share content that infringes on others' rights or violates these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The dancehub.io name, logo, and design are owned by dancehub.io. YouTube video content and the YouTube trademark are the property of Google LLC. dancehub.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer
dancehub.io is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. dancehub.io is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dancehub.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
